How it works

You’ll be assigned a physician who will work with you. Here’s the process:

  • 1Start a case

Select request service and enter high level details of the case.

  • 2Access expert guidance

Connect with a physician who guides you through every step in the process and coordinates your review with a team of specialists and your existing physician. You can decide if you’d like your physician to be involved.

  • 3Receive collaborative care

Our team of doctors works with you to develop and deliver a clear diagnosis and treatment plan that’s right for you. A report will be provided at the end of the review. Your physician will work with you to make sure you understand the report and next steps. Teladoc Medical Experts are available to you for follow up discussion and questions.
